To guarantee that your application is prepared correctly and filed on time, US Harbor charges a nominal fee to cover administrative and processing expenses incurred in conjunction with the careful preparation and submission of your lottery application.

Credit Card

This option allows you to pay with a credit card through Paypal. You do not need to be registered with Paypal to utilize this option. If you are registered, you may choose other payment options that Paypal offers.

Cash, Check or Money Order

Cash must be in US dollars or Euros. A money order or cashiers check is preferable. Personal checks must be from US Banks. Print the information for the option that you choose and mail with your payment.

The purpose of this site is to make your participation in the Diversity Visa Lottery easy and convenient as well as to eliminate the factors which may cause rejection of your DV Lottery entry. These factors are numerous. What does a Green Card give you? Most importantly it gives you permanent residency in the United States of America. It means that you have almost the same rights as United States citizens. You can work, live, leave and enter the country.

It is important to understand that the Diversity Visa Lottery (DV Lottery) carries no guarantee of your being selected. However, annual participation in the Diversity Visa Program, or Green Card Lottery, can only improve your chances of being selected over time.
